You guys are in a major waiting game. They ignored us ps3 users for 3 to 2 years before finally doing some real work to fix their app. Unfortunately, this is the downfall of supporting more platforms than they can handle. They just don't have enough resources to keep up with the demands.

I keep having this problem. The app still works fine on my 360, but keep freezing and crashing on my Xbox One. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and i even deactivated and unlinked devices on here and nothing has helped. I guess I'll just keep my 360 hooked up so I can watch crunchyroll on my tv. if anyone else has a better solution please let me know. i have tried emailing with crunchyroll support but they seem to be very unreliable and uncaring.

And I really don't get why they don't support blu-ray players. I have a nice sony wifi blu-ray and I can't use CR on it. CR needs to take a cue from netflix and get their stuff working on everything.

Netflix has a wee bit more money to throw at development, given that they have over 53 million subscribers at last count vs. 400,000 for CR.

It also means that even if only 0.8% of Netflix's subscribers have a specific platform, they would have more people using that platform than CR would if all their subscribers did. That means Netflix can easily support platforms that in the extreme minority in the market.

Very true. CR needs to double their subscribers so we can get some more support.
