Yup!!

It gets worse in the winter.... If I don't use something, my eczema starts to get bad then I have to use creams with steroids in them to stop itching like a freak.

I use it, as my face and arms, get dry. I don't use it all the time, maybe I'll put it on 5 or 6 times through out the month. A little more during the winter months.

Nope, I have some lotion though. But it's been sitting on my dresser for the past few months, completely ignored.

Only during the winter since my skin tends to dry up and crack during the winter. During spring and summer, my skin is naturally smooth. So putting lotion during those season would just cause my hands to feel icky and sweaty from the heat.

I try to moisturize my thighs and around that area and such due to stretchmarks, as certain products can help reduce the appearance. My face has been super dry lately due to the hot weather here (dehydration) and excessive exfoliation (stripped the skin of it's natural oils) the moisturizer helped to balance that out and my skin hasn't been too oily or too dry since I started proper application. If I have a nice body lotion I will moisturize my entire body, particularly after shaving. Otherwise I'll use a SPF moisturizer as much as possible.

here's my question if someone could answer it .......do I rub it on and leave it? OR do I rub it on wait 30 minutes or so then wipe it off?
also how much are you even supposed to put on?

I have lotion...few months ago I wanted to start using it but I couldn't figure this out so I was like "oh F this"

during the winter, my hands get so dry that the skin will start to crack and bleed. to avoid this, I will use lotion when my hands start to feel excessively dried out.
