Hello I would like for my auto-renewal to be turned off for my current premium membership. I do not know how to turn the auto-renewal off without accidentally cancelling the entire membership. If an admin can help me please that would be greatly appreciated :] Thanks!

I've seen this so many times.
Auto renewal shouldn't be in the fine print.
Mabe it's not evil, mabe it's intentions just easily misunderstood.

You can cancel recurring memberships by going to your /acct page and clicking the "Cancel Recurring Payments" (or similar, recurring has been disabled on my account for some time), and following the prompts. If you somehow find your premium member benefits are pulled (which shouldn't happen), you should /contact customer support, and they will be able to reinstate those missing days that you already paid for.

Auto-renewal is standard procedure for any video site (e.g., Netflix, Hulu Plus, Funimation, The Anime Network).

Within the past month or so, CR also changed the setup so any account (even month-to-month) can cancel their own re-occurring billing and use all the days remaining they have paid for.

Does this work for the free trial or is this just when you're "fully" a member?

Once you cancel your free trial, all premium benefits stop immediately. You will have effectively said "I tried it and I didn't like it".
