At least Harper had backbone, Trudeau is a coward running from the fight against ISIS. And insulting the memory of every Canadian that bleed and died to make this world a better place.

He isn't running from the Islamic state. He's simply just pulling out the Jets from the ongoing coalition. JTF2 (Canadian special forces) are still to be active in the area. As well as training ground troops in Syria. So that when they regain ground, they will be able to hold it.

In all honesty, i'm totally against withdrawing the Jets. But that decision alone doesn't determine whether he's driving the economy into the ground. As far as he has gone. Things are looking pretty bright for Canada.

I know who JTF2 are, got my fill of them during my time in Afghanistan. Thing is fighting isn't their thing, those black jumpsuit wearing men and women are only tasked with training locals and the odd special mission. They don't do front line combat, which what the war against ISIS needs. And lets face it the Syrian people simply aren't producing the kind of people who make good infantry. Anyone with an ounce of fighting spirit is already fighting for ISIS not against it. Maybe once we wipe ISIS off the map Syria can finally rebuild itself and get the time to train decent soldiers but the middle of a war isn't the time to do so. You end up rushing things and sending half trained boys and girls to the front with predictable results.

As for the economy that is Harper's work not Trudeau's. Say that four years down the road then we'll see. His policies are at best short-sighted and at worse totally destructive. The world economy right now is a delicate thing, it doesn't need reorganizing. The slow and steady road is best.

So you have experience? I cant argue with that (nice to meet you btw). Although if you wanna argue that the economy is as is right now because of Harper. I can go out and say that the dollar has been falling ever since his reign. Clearly Harpers way wasnt working and change was needed. And now change is here. Whether that be the change we want or the one we dont want.

At this point, It's still tooo early to come to a conclusion on whether hes doing a good job or not. I'm just trying to keep an open mind and give him a chance.
