So I've come back to Crunchyroll because I was a Premium member before and I saw Pediepie's podcast advertising your guys site and I've come back to watch different seasons of animes that I adored whilst being subscribed to Crunchyroll. Anyways, I signed up for the 14-day free trial of premium, which worked, but, whenever I try watch Sword Art Online II, 95% of the time, it doesn't work at all.

Here is my speedtest :

I can stream the videos in 1080p with no choppiness at all, it's just the starting of the video.
Also, my PC specs are game-wise :

Processor: Intel(R) Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
System type: 64-bit
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 970

I have updated Adobe and my drivers, my Internet is fine (I can stream World of Warcraft and be on Skype and still have a good quality stream) so it must be Crunchyroll.

I've also searched up multiple threads about it, yet all of them have been closed (the ones that I've seen/read) or the solutions didn't work.

Please help, it seems as this problem is very prominent with a lot of users and it is very frustrating when you're trying to have a marathon of your favourite anime.

I have had to drop to 480p because 720p just won't play without buffering EVERY 2 mins. It's deffo not my end, so its CR. Like you said, so many people have this issue and yet CR ignores everyone of us. I wonder if it should be taken further. I am not getting what I paid for and nothing is being done to solve it so time to see what kind of action could be taken.
