You're not the only one experiencing these kinds of issues, as evidenced by the numerous threads about similar issues in the Help forum.

Have you tried any of the suggestions in those threads, or following the advice in the Video Help Guide? If so, it can help to be specific about what workarounds you've already attempted.

I forgot how to, but there was a known bug with the "Pepperflash" pre installed plugin, in google chrome that causes those buffering problems. I dealt with it like a few months ago, so i cant remember exactly what i did, but if i can somehow find the instructions again, ill link it in a post.

Give this a shot, it worked for me. If it doesn't work, you can always re-enable it anyway.

*************EDIT***********

You can also install VLC media player, as VLC installs a flash plugin to chrome that plays all the formats VLC can. There are a few threads on the web where people say that helped them with their online streaming issues on various other sites.

@eyeofpain
I have looked through the threads and tried most, if not all, of the suggested solutions
The video help guide doesn't seem to fix the issue. I tried them all except the ping test part

@AzazelOfNexium
I have the google chrome's flash player disabled.
I also have VLC media player downloaded already.
They don't seem to fix the issue though
