I used to like to go to the beauty salons or places like that... The stylists, cosmetologists, hair dresser and etc... used to be pretty nice, they'd talk with you about stuff, carry on a good conversation. Now days they can't seem to be bothered. They barely do a good job on my hair.

I went and got a Wahl clipper kit and do it myself....

One of these days I'll probably go and have a pro do it again.... but not anytime soon.

I recently started cutting my own hair now I can give myself a perfect pompadour. As a guy it's harder to texture your own hair, but if what you mostly do is cut and shave it's somewhat easy. Even easier if you're going for a EDM style cut for the nightclub.

I cut my own fringe before because it grew so long it was tickling my eyes. But it's 99% haircuts for me.

I have given myself a buzz cut tons of times, but aside from that, never successfully given myself a haircut. Can't ever get it straightish. Once when the length was rather long, I got the brilliant idea to simply pull my hair into a tail on the top of my head and cut off said tail. Sorry I have no pics, but trust me it turned out hideous.

I've done it once, took me 90 minutes making sure I got everything and didn't leave and long patches. I decided that it's worth going to a barber shop and have a person do it for me plus they wash my hair for me and for some reason that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Once, when I was younger, I just chopped off a huge piece. Years later, my hairdresser saw a huge gap and just started to burst out laughing.

I just buzz my head down to peach fuzz when I'm getting too shaggy; so it's easy to do on my own.

I wish I can cut my own hair myself, but I get scared that I might mess up because when it comes to hair, the only thing you have to do when you mess up is to just cut it all off or have someone else do it. The only thing I trust myself with cutting is my bangs. When I get past that, I start to get nervous because I can't see the back of my head. I don't like having people cut my hair because it never turns out the way I want it. Especially since I have straight hair it just looks boring.

I actually don't like haircuts because I prefer to let my hair grow. Unfortunately, it never reaches past my arms. :/
