Here are some sites you can design/ dress up dolls at.

http://www.stardoll.com/en/

http://www.jeux.fr/game49779.html <------ This is french. Wait for it to load and go to HABILLER. To change the colors go to Editeur Design.

http://www.jeux-de-filles.com/ <-------- this is french too. Go to the section habillage to dress people up. maquillage is make up. seduction is more designing.

To get pics of the sites follow these steps:
1. Press the Prt Scr SysRq (next F12 button)
2. Go to paint on your computer
3. Paste on paint
4. Take the part of the pic that you want using this button
5. Copy the part you wanted
6. Press Ctrl+N
7. Don't Save
8. Paste what you copied
9. Save
