Ooooooooooh... you had me at the black beans and rice.... but vanilla rum bundt cake?

The cake is good, but mine "deflated" a bit during baking, so I'm a bit disappointed. My gas oven was acting up pretty badly, with the oven temperature fluctuating throughout the baking process. It was also pretty bad when I made my Thanksgiving meal, but everything turned out well, in the end. The most plausible theory about my oven problem is that there may be water in the gas line.

I had ham along with the other traditional thanksgiving day things. We went to a family member's house since we couldn't go there on Thanksgiving. So basically I had a second Thanksgiving dinner.
