Uh, I'll be having a nice, fresh glass of water, with some cold as ice, ice. Maybe an omelette.

I was thinking the last of the left over turkey sauteed with some onions, and some oil and mebbe I can scrounge up a leftover lemon... Toss with some asiago and serve over cheese ravioli.

I had chicken stir fry for dinner. I think I'm a pretty good cook for a guy who cooks at home. But my stir fry sucks. I never looked up how to make a good stir fry before.

I made a very good soup from scratch very recently. Turkey noodle soup using leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Used fresh vegetables, but I made the stock from scratch. Used the turkey remains and filled a big ol' pot with quartered yellow onions, celery, carrots, fresh (flat leaf Italian) parsley, fresh bay leaves, added water and threw in coarse salt and coarse black pepper, and once the stock was going, threw in juices from the turkey that I collected the day the turkey roasted (it wasn't technically juice at that point, it congealed in the fridge). That adds good flavor to a homemade stock. The soup was very good, like I said.

Tonight's dinner was spinach linguini with onions, yellow squash and zucchini cooked in white wine, topped with bacon and garlic sauteed mushrooms in a cream sauce.
Parmesan cheese and shallots on top.

Cooking is boss.

Had some leftover curry in the freezer, so i heated up that and cooked some rice with it. Almost as delicious as when it was fresh.

You must be a moron if you think that replaces anything or even does you any good for that matter.

Considering you don't know my lifestyle or schedule I don't see how you're in any position to make this comment. A sedentary man needs 50-60 grams of protein per day. It's significantly more for someone that works out daily. Between school, work and the gym 6 days a week I may not have enough time in the day to get the meals to reach the amounts I need. Hence a "supplement". It's by no means the only thing I'm eating in the day. I'll forgive you for both your rude remarks as you're likely an Otaku and may lack the social skills to politely ask something which you don't understand or because you fail to understand the diet needed by someone that is running a minimum of 22 miles a week with lifting days mixed in.

I made some rice with chicken and a nice salad to accompany it all. Needless to say it was delicious.

I have one of those but use it routinely.

I don't even get enough calories from normal meals. It all goes away.
Yes it's a supplement not to replace daily food lol.
