I just registered an Anime membership but now I would like to upgrade to All-Access. However, when I try to do it I get a "Cannot find an eligible upgrade product for your current membership."-message. I don't want to wait until my trial period expired before I upgrade. How do I solve this?

Use the Contact Us form to contact CR's customer support directly. They should be able to take care of that for you.

I tried to contact them two days ago when I first had problems with registering all-acces, but I didn't get any answer. That's why I tried posting here. Guess I'll give it another shot. Thanks.

Since today is Thanksgiving in the United States, you may not receive an immediate response if customer support has limited staff available during the holiday.

I removed your Anime trial. You can now sign up for the All-Access trial. Have fun!

The reason I registered the Anime membership was because whenever I try to register the All-acces one I get a "Invalid Coupon Code for This Purchase"-message. I used the Giantbomb 30 day trial-link. It works fine for registering the Anime one, but after I change it to all-access it automatically reduces the number of days to a 14 day trial and then it still doesn't register. Now no matter how I try to register I get the "Invalid Coupon Code for This Purchase"-message.

This is about Babylonian? I don't know the specifics, but it might be 30 days only for the Anime membership.
