Have you ever handled peppers and touched something you shouldn't have?

So you handled hot chillies then stuck a finger up your nose?

Eyes. Every fucking time. One day I'll have my revenge against capsaicin.

This wasn't what I was expecting and I'm kinda glad...

On topic, yes!, I love chili pepper sandwiches and the amount of times I've learnt (rubbing eyes + chili = ouch) means I understand the burning power of those tasty little fruits!

Yea, I've rubbed my eyes after handling and cutting jalapenos. I always seem to forget, then I would realize it immediately after and run to a faucet and flush out my eyes for at least 5-10 minutes.

When I was a kid, I put my hands on a coffee pot and burned them.

I also jumped off a table and cracked my skull open.

I watched a car engulf in flames outside my window today.

I'm rambling because I'm physically and mentally exhausted and waiting for the unzipping of a torrent of a visual novel.

But to answer your question, I have never handled peppers an touched something I shouldn't have.

Well I suppose it's better than the tv chef's warning about washing your hands thoroughly after using chillies because going to the toilet can set a certain part of your anatomy on fire. Women won't have that problem.

I used Cajun Sports Cream when dealing with muscle/joint soreness caused by hard practice sessions. That stuff doesn't wash off the hands easily. Even when I think I got it off I sometimes find out later the hard way that I didn't. The main ingredient of this stuff?... capsaicin.

No, but I've seen someone else do it, and then essentially puncture their own eye with their finger, completely forgetting they had pepper oil on their hand. That poor dude was crying…
