Not sure if this is the right section or not, but i'm getting a new laptop with a Radeon R9 M265X GPU. It's not under the list of supported drivers, so i'm not sure if it will be good enough for 1080p playback. Here some info about it that might help: http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=2140&graphics=Radeon%20R9%20M265X

I don't have a lot of knowledge about computer hardware, software is more my thing.

Not knowing what model you currently have, most any modern graphics card should work fine with CR's Flash player.

Just out of curiosity, I did a quick Google search and found this comparison between the M265X and an 8850M, and according to that review, the R9 model ekes out better scores than the HD card.

As far as I see from the specs it should be no problem at all, personally I stream CR at 1080p flawlessly (barring any connection related issues) on my Mediacenter's Intel i3 integrated graphics adapter.

If you mean it isn't on some list of cards that support hardware decoding for Adobe Flash, it is probably because you are looking at an old list that hasn't been updated. The GPU you are discussing was only introduced in spring of this year.

The PC I use for CR uses an ancient Radeon 3200 onboard GPU, and has no problems with 1080p, so certainly the far more powerful M265X will easily handle it.
