Hello everyone!

My name is Krystian but you can also call me Satz. I'm turning 20 in January next year (in fact, in about a month). I'm studying both English and Japanese at the university and I'm already a 2nd year student.

I've seen Ichi-san's introduction at Nallutia forums so I decided to join this group. Sounds fun :P

I've got a lot of time on my hands, so I typically spend the whole day playing games, watching anime and writing fan-fiction. Also looking for friends So if you want to talk, don't be shy and send me a message!

Pleased to meet you all!

You're so good at Japanese Krystian-San! I'm only a beginner so I have only understood half of what you said in Japanese ( thanks for the translation! ) Anyway thank you for taking an interest in my club and joining! i know I should be asking this in the Japanese Language Question forum, but I want to ask it here before I forget! What does it mean when you end a sentence in Japanese with a "w" like here: "...ですよww" Because I see that all the time in YouTube comments when I watch J-Rock videos!

Thanks for the words of praise Ichi-sensei, it's always welcome Don't let it get to my head too much, though

Of course, I'll do my best to contribute to the group in any way I can. Oh, and the "ww" that Japanese use so often in Internet posts and comments is, as far as I know, something like "haha" or "lol". Apparently (at least according to what they write about it in the Web) the "w" letter stands for "warau" (笑う), which means "to laugh". Kind of makes sense

Thanks to you, now I know what the "ww" means! I would've never guessed it stood for 笑う。It's awesome to have such a knowledgeable member in this group! Can I call you サツセンパイ , since you know way more Japanese than me?

I only knew that it meant something like laughter. I found out that it stands for わらう only yesterday And it's not like I know a whopping lot - I often spend time searching through dictionaries or looking for Google's help

And, well, I wouldn't really mind being called that Of course, if that's fine with you, イチ先生.

Greetings! I go by the name Cloud. Until next year, I'm studying Astronomy in university but since I'm a fan of anime and Japanese music, I study the language by myself in my spare time (which, being a final-year student, there isn't much of at the moment!).
Pleased to meet you all and please don't hesitate to correct any mistakes I make if you don't mind.

Nice to meet you, Cloudさん. Your Japanese is pretty good for someone who learns by oneself. No mistakes found here, keep it up :D
Should you need help or have any questions you can always ask me or our 先生, Ichibanx3.
Good having you here :)

Truthfully speaking, I've had a little help from time to time and I tend to check things obsessively before I post them, regardless of what language it's in!
I was wondering about starting a thread for everyone to share resources they use to help them study (apps, websites and so on).

Also, it makes me happy that 冊センパイcalls me sensei since he knows way more Japanese than me! (You too Cloud-san..you know more Japanese than me too ) I hope to one day reach the level of Japanese where you both are at! It's great to have members who are so good at Japanese in this group!

Hello everyone! I don't know a lick of Japanese but I am here to learn. I'll most likely be taking Japanese either this semester or the next one so the more I know the better I suppose.

In my free time I watch lots of anime (Recent Development), play video games, and enjoy the gym. Akame ga Kill is my current favorite anime though some of my other favorites include Sword Art Online and Attack on Titan.

Pleasure to meet you all
