Sorry for you neko lost :c

There's different stages for lost (can be lost of anything, even a job) which are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Everyone's different so you don't have to go through the stages in order, and some stages you might not even meet.

But at least your feeling something, when I was a child when my pets died I was happy to bury them.... >_>; heh heh

Anyway hope you best!

she's dead?

how to create the feeling that makes you want to cry:
- read the posts
- feel sorry for yourself
- feel sorry for your dead cat

That's a beautiful cat. What's her name?

Hey man, I've never lost an animal, but honestly and wholly am hoping you find her. I'm an animal lover but I'm not allowed to have pets where I live, so when you find her, make sure you hug her and never let her go again!

Stay positive, and don't give up looking.

Think he means "lost" as in dead.

I'm so sorry.

Everybody feels loss in their own way, in their own time.

I can easily understand anger being your main emotion. After-all, someone you love, a great friend has been taken from you. Anger absolutely makes sense. If you were unperturbed by death, you'd be feeling nothing at all. Anger is a more powerful emotion than sorrow.

I know it feels like you should cry, that's the reaction to loss that we've been conditioned to expect. But it doesn't always happen in real life. Like I said, we feel it in our own way. There is no right or wrong way to feel in this situation.

Ahhh okay.

My advice still works though. I have had pets die, and I understand the pain. You're not gonna forget them. Keep the tags, their collar, and if you're getting them cremated, their ashes.

Sorry I misunderstood, but I still say don't give up on ever getting another cat because of the pain you're gonna feel. It'll be okay, they're still here with you.

^Idk about taxidermy, just doesn't seem right for an animal that you care about but hey if you are gonna do it you might as well make it count right?

I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not going to be much help (I think maybe I'm one those people who's unperturbed by death), but I understand it must be painful and that crying can be important. I hope some of the responses here have been helpful.

However, I have to close this now as individual personal threads aren't allowed in the forums, but do feel free to post again to get more responses in the existing General Help/Advice Thread ("stickied" near the top of the General Discussion forum) .
