Pretty self explanatory and sorry this is a little delayed but I decided it would be good to give everyone at least a full week to get their bases set up to their liking. So feel free to upload your QR code here when you want and take a gander at everyone secret bases.

I'll start this off with my 2nd and probably final Iteration of my Secret Base:

This is also a trial run to make sure my QR code uploaded properly so if it isn't working as intended, let me know.

I have an old cellphone and that means nothing to it. I'm still looking for a spot to settle down. I keep moving around and recreating everything. Most I find through internet connections don't do anything at all with their bases. By default, I suppose mine's better, if only because I used whatever junk I was initially given, instead of leaving the place empty.

Wanted to share some information I gathered about the Super Secret Bases that may be important to some of you.

Your battle team is 3, regardless of your battle mode (single, double, triple, rotation, or inverse.)
As far as I can see, if you have more than 3 pokemon in your team at the creation of the QR code or streetpass, it takes the first 3 for your battle team.

Your team is scaled down to level 50, unless you have the Level Release decoration out and on. In which case w/e level your team was is what will be challenged. (The Level Release can be turned on and off by visitors it seems as well.)

Your decoration limit is at default of 16, however it appears after your rank rises to a certain point the decoration limit goes up (I'm unsure when however.)

Saturdays at the top of Lilycove Dept. Store is when the clearance sale occurs to get a wide variety of items (one of which is the boards for crossing the gaps.)

Secret pals that you invite over to your base will have default teams depending on their character (ace trainer, ranger, veteran, etc.) Also they only battle if talked to (kinda lame imo...)

There's definitely a lot more information but for now I found these to be the most useful.

I plan to update my secret base sometime in the coming weeks so I hope more people will upload to this forum before then

I can't do the smartphone stuff, so I'm just gonna add your friend code and check out your base manually when I can.

The most interesting pieces of information for the bases seem to be that battling the trainers in your base each day is a magnificent way to level up (far better than grinding the Elite Four like I used to do), and the trainers you pick offer different perks, increasing the selection they provide with each level your base reaches (I've received a considerable collection of evolution stones thanks to them, and the old man in my crew acts as a daily rare candy, calls it "training" though).

Smart Phone? You don't need one to scan QR codes.

Just go to your secret base computer and and choose the 2nd option "Manage QR Code patterns"

Then choose "Find a Secret Base"

Point your DS camera to the code and scan.

I agree though, having the secret base pals give a lot of extra features. As your flags go up they get more abilities and can be used more often too.

Basically first I synced my game to the Pokemon Global Link. From there I just took my most recent Secret Base sync and saved it as a picture then just attached it.

However the other way to do it is from the DS by taking the photo from your SD card.

Personally I find grabbing it from the Pokemon Global Link easier and quicker.

I guess for those who aren't sure about the process I'll try to give a step by step here:

First you'll want to visit this site: http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/

If you don't have a trainer club account, create one.

After that a screen should pop up to register a game card.
From this point switch to your Pokemon game and go to PlayNav and hit the "Play Online with others" tab
In the top middle of the bottom screen should be a button that looks like a building with 9 windows, click that.
Hit the right arrow on the bottom screen
Click the top right option "Game Sync"
This should provide a code that you input for the game card registration that was prompted at the Global Link Website.

Once your sync'ed, anytime you save when your connected to the internet through the game will take an additional few seconds to try and save and upload your latest info to the global link.

On the Global Link page click "Profile"
then "Super Secret Base"

This is where your latest QR code and information about your secret base is. From here you can save the QR code anytime you want.

Sorry for the long post but hope it helps those who needed the assistance.
