Alright! I thought it would be fun to open up some discussion on our favorite DJs, Producers, and Tracks! This is a music club after all! ^_^

So... let me hear it! If you have anything you want to share, share it here! I have some questions below for anyone that doesn't know where to start! :3

What are your favorite EDM genres? (Examples: Trance, progressive trance, house, techno, dubstep, trap, breakbeat, electro swing, hardcore, happy hardcore, etc.)

What are some of your favorite DJs or producers?

What are your favorite tracks or songs done by them?

I listen to all sorts of different EDM genres. Genres I don't particularly like are trap, and speedcore. I find them to be hard to dance to, to provocative, or boring. No disrespect to anyone who likes or plays those genres.
I particularly favor progressive trance, house, electro swing, drum'n'bass, electronic pop, booty/ghetto tech, dark psy, dirty dubstep, and hard trance.
Some of my favorite DJs and/or producers are Desert Dwellers, Krewella, DJ White Rabbit, DJ Shaun Sin, StickeeFingazz, Daft Punk, Pretty Lights, Benny Benassi, A-Track, and Grizmatic.

For me picking out a favorite song or track is pretty much impossible. I love all of what I hear way to much to even pick a top 10. Lol

Oh I like your choices in artist. Pretty Lights Family, represent!
I'm mostly into Dnb, Jungle, Dubstep. Anything that really hits hard and/or has some hip-hop influences. Trance and house are okay, but I like something that I can really jam to and just go all out on. Other than Pretty lights I also love Daft Punk, A-Track and Krewella. I like Datsik, Savant, Skrillex, Pegboard Nerds, Zomboy, Break Science and Bassnectar.
And it's the same for the top ten thing. It's flavor of the moment, really. Monster Killer by the Enigma TNG, Forest of illumination by Break Science and Bangarang are all overly played through my speakers right now.

Hahah thank you! And right back at you. =] I honestly haven't heard of like half of the dJs you listed, but the ones I do recognize I love. I'll have to add those names to my "check'em out" list. ^^ I really like Datsik too. He's got good attitude in his music. ;] Someone else I've been listening to a lot lately is Excision. He released a new album recently that I'm totally in love with. haha

Also, not to be a creeper for anything, but I checked out your page. My brother just moved to Denver, Colorado a couple months ago. Sort of thought that minor connection was cool xD
You say on your page that your dream is to play music to large masses of people, so do you dabble in mixing or producing yourself then?

Don't know why I wasn't still in this group... Must have done it on one of my rare benders... Yes, I dabble in music a bit. Mostly playing around in FL studio, but I have been practicing drums just so I can have a better idea to make drum lines. Denver is a cool city. I think if Pretty Lights keeps it up, Denver could be a real center for Music. I might move over there in the future, to work in IT. If your brother is a geek at all, have him check out the 1-UP by Coors Stadium!
