Imagine all words the characters are saying at the same time... Wouldn't be able to understand it just trying to listen to them all.

There are two problems with this

1.) The Sound, is the audio from the 16 shows all playing at once?!?!!?!? How do you even listen to 16 dialogues's at once??

2.) Memory, the human brain can only process so much, personally I tried putting up 4 anime's on four of my monitors and it didn't even make sense. This guy is either a freaking genius or the very definition of an Otaku.

Well, I'm watching more than 16 shows this season, but not all at once as I don't have 16 TVs.

That would be totally pointless lol. Unless you had genius level multitasking skittles, pretty sure you'd have no idea what's going on.

My first thought is that you can't possibly enjoy them like that. However, after thinking about it, I realized I could take all the shit shows that I was going to drop, and probably still get a pretty good idea of what was going on in them. I could rewind if I thought I was missing something, and if any of the shows seemed to be getting better, then I could watch them independently. This could actually work if I wanted to watch everything in a season rather than dropping some of them. I'd actually consider this if I could afford more monitors. Thanks for the inspiration.

I'd rather just watch one show on my 60" TV

I really have to devote my full self to a show when I watch it or else I'm really uncomfortable.

There's this guy in one of my math classes though, who watches anime on his notebook during class every day without headphones and also does work in the class at the same time. I don't know how people even do that, especially something like this.

i can't even watch 2 shows at the same time...

(although i can play a game and watch something... as long as that anime is full of unimportant parts like One Piece is a good show to multitask to... because most of the episode is just trash).

I understand if you did this with super slow shows like if you threw up Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto and Bleach all at the same time in dub because almost nothing happens in the average episode but 16 that's just showing off there is no way he actually watches it like that.

My first thought was "16 shows, yeah, I've had 20+ I've been keeping up with at once before, it's not that crazy" and then the thread loaded and I was like "Oh".

It seems somewhat overkill unless perhaps that's your line-up for the day and you watch them one by one, in that case it'd be pretty efficient.

I have the memory span of a fish, I can hardly pay attention to one single show and now 16?? and the audio, I go crazy when people talk at the same time!! *brain explodes*

He can watch but not understand...sooner or later, he will be looking at just one of them.
