So, tried to use the coupon code this week.... It allowed me to enter it without a payment selected, but once I accessed paypal and was about to complete, I noticed it wasnt registering and didnt allow me to type in anything in the coupon box, so. can you not use paypal to get the deal?

I'm encountering the same error. I'm surprised you hadn't gotten a reply back from them on this thread yet, that's not very good customer support. If you're using the BF2014 deal, I wonder if it just doesn't apply anymore and they've altogether disabled coupons in their system for some reason (though if that were the case, I'm not sure why those little store-bag symbols are still showing up all throughout the store, it's misleading).

Our support staff is only able to watch these forums infrequently. Please /contact us through our support form to make sure that your issue is being taken care of.

(And no, I can't help you with store issues. I don't have access to that.)

It's unfortunate you all visit the support forums only infrequently, it can give a bad first impression to people who might think it's a viable option for getting in timely contact with you all (it might be something worth mentioning in the sticky).

Well, the sticky says: "For payments, store orders and account questions please Contact Support directly."

These are the most important issues, and actually the question in this thread falls under the store order category.

(Either way, I'm checking the forums rather frequently. But I'm in charge of a different language and region and living in a very different timezone, so I can't help with some issues.)

True, did not see that sticky till now due to its format. usually just ignore bars like that since they are usually just forum titles. sticky posts that I am used to are actual posts that are stuck to the top of the list that has some special symbol to label it as importnant. Would advice changing how it is formated so its more noticable.

but while it is about my order. it technically isnt purely about my own order but rather every order who uses the paypal service, so figured putting it in a store help would've been appropriate. guess not if they dont actually check this constantly for people who are looking for support from CR. Will send in a message

What I meant is that a sticky should mention that the support forums are infrequently visited. I had read the sticky but didn't contact customer support because I didn't have a store order yet, because I wasn't able to use the coupon.

On a separate note, I would think Crunchyroll would have the help forums set up to automatically send a notification email to the support staff whenever a new thread is generated. I program utilities for forum-based websites for a living, and it shouldn't be that your support staff has to schedule times to regularly visit these forums just to know when a new thread has been submitted.
