I've sank about 60 hours into the single-player mode and enjoying every minute of it. Still haven't beaten it yet, but I mainly want to talk about the multiplayer and see if anyone else is playing it. Maybe try to find a group of people to play with or just discuss tips, strategies, favorite class, or share any epic loot you've gotten.

I'm playing on PS3 and my PSN is Xenorith. Feel free to add me, but please put Crunchyroll or CR somewhere in the message. I haven't unlocked all the classes yet, but from the ones I have Arcane Warrior is my favorite.

I'm really enjoying single player. I don't have the time to sink into multiplayer anymore, but I'd be interested to hear what multiplayer is like.

It is basically like single player except you are controlling 1 character.

Skillsets are not as customizable as single player but they are designed for a role that they are intended for.
As for healing aspect, you get this healing font that will heal everyone to full every check point. However potions are random drops you get from chest so most people don't even bother to heal themselves and treat hp pots like elixir and just wait for someone else to rez them which is basically hold a button over them and you are rezzed with half hp bar.

To elaborate more on Steffiekun's post, up to 4 players team up to try and clear a dungeon. A dungeon consists of 5 floors or zones, and by clearing all the enemies in a zone you get to advance to the next zone. There is a checkpoint between zones with a healing fountain that'll heal the entire party to full health. The main goal of the game is to earn gold to buy chests which contain random items, and to level up your characters to unlock skills or passive to make them stronger.

In the beginning you only have access to 3 of the 12 classes: Legionnaire, Archer, and Keeper. You can unlock the other classes by finding their respective armor in a treasure chest, or crafting it after gathering the necessary materials. The max level is 20, but you can "promote" a level 20 character character to reset their level and give a +1 attribute bonus to all your characters.

I'm only missing 4 classes and the majority of my characters are level 10+ but I still haven't had any hit level 20 yet. I usually choose whatever class my party is lacking so I haven't had time to focus on one class.

Well to be blunt I've been playing it nearly nonstop. It's awesome.

I've been waiting for this game since Bioware announced that they canceled DA2's remaining dlcs. I think it was worth the wait. I'm really looking forward to dlc packs, unless they are like Mass Effect 3's dlc, with the exception of the last one I found them disappointing.

There is a weekend event going on right now for the multiplayer mode. Complete a special challenge and get a free chest with a higher chance of getting good loot. There are only 2 challenges and they are really easy: Get 100 kills with an axe and get 100 kills with a stave.

Lame. I only play a Reaver, Archer, and a Rogue.....looks like I'm gonna have to craft some new armor

Very very very few. Don't expect any major mods, there is really no need plus the Frostbite 3 engine isn't kind to modding.

On a sidenote on my second playtrough.

Maybe they changed it since I played because I played it back when it first came out. It was alright, seemed to be a little more difficult than it should have been but overall pretty enjoyable.

Love love love this game... and the franchise ^^; Not a huge fan of the multiplayer though, especially for the PC... I rather see more DLC and less emphasis on the multiplayer engine
