I've tried contacting support several times about canceling a preorder I did back in April, but I'm not getting any kind of response. Is there another way to contact somebody? If not, how long does it usually take to get a response?

Seems like you're in the back burner since you're not a CR member. That might be the reason for it.

As you're not a premium member, replies might take a little while longer during times of high ticket load. They will get around to your ticket soon. Please don't create any more additional tickets regarding the same issue, as it will only slow the process down for others in the queue. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

Okay, I'm just needing that refund soon and was hoping to hear back from someone since, premium or not, I have already paid for that product and needed time to reorder once preorder is refunded.
