I had only signed up for a 14 Day Trial, I never agreed to a subscription yet I have been charged twice since then without my consent. My account wasn't even verified until a few minutes ago yet I was still being charged anyway. I don't like that I was charged twice without my consent and would like a refund and to cancel this subscription.

Sorry, it's outside of my regional scope. I'm currently just helping out with some of the minor issues on the forums, so the English-language support team has more hands free to handle tickets.
If you already wrote a support ticket, please just wait for your turn. As you are currently a premium member, your ticket should be handled more quickly than others.

I would also have to assume this is the first free trial you've ever signed up for, otherwise you would have expected to be billed when the free trial ended, as there are very few trials that don't work that way.

You should be able to cancel your membership yourself at any time by accessing your Settings (from the person icon at the top of the page), and selecting membership, or you can get there right now by using this link:
