I was hit by an old folk drive...thats why i have no legs. i tried to sue him, but he died of old age...
That above--- is soooo very possible. When i turn 55, if I am not being driven around, I'm just gonna walk or take the bus...

i think it comes down to the individual elderly that cant drive. there should be annual or maybe even bi-annually after a certain age, driving assessments to make sure they're still road worthy

I totally agree with this. The only thing is that I think they should revamp the driving test in the first place.
I don't know about other states, but in MD, the driving test is on an open parking lot with a few cones. It gives no indication of how someone would handle driving on a real road with other cars. Driver's ed helps, but only minimally.

around here, we have road tests only, so it'll be good enough to weed out the bad drivers, while the good ones get to keep their ticket.

NO THANKS TO OLD PEOPLE DRIVING
the person who totaled my old car ran a complete red and had 0 reaction time, LUCKILY he hit the passenger side or i coulda died. AND he gave up his license so he shall no longer injure or kill people thank god.
The only old people who should be driving are people like the drift king or bunta since they are built for the road anyways ;P

The minimum age for driving should be increased to 25 and the maximum reduced to 65 - that way we'd get rid of ALL of the idiots , young and old.

I think that all people should retake the driving portion of the drivers license test every decade. This will ensure if we are able to drive well enough to maintain proper peace on the road.

i don't think they should be driving AT ALL!!
they drive too slow.
