Everyone having problems please submit a ticket (if you can even pull up the page to submit it right now) so that Crunchyroll will take notice that people are angry about the disruptions. No other streaming service that I pay for has this many issues with even simple things like keeping their website running! And if they ask for help with testing your line than take a minute to help them fix the problem as well.

Let them know or things will never get better!

It's definitely not just you. There are a few other threads about the issues but the main thing that I think will help is just telling Crunchyroll about the issues directly. I have talked with their customer service people in the past and they are usually friendly and will probably send you here for some tests:

I Am Able To Got On The Website but Unable To Watch on Any of my Gaming Device's PS3/360 Either The Show Will Not Load Or It Will Play For Like A Minute And Crash Completely! on the XB360 Side Well I Can't Even Get Into The App Without it Crashing and Telling Me To Try Again Later! Hope This Get Fixed Soon!

I wrote this elsewhere, but I'll write it again here: this has all the signs of a DDoS attack! Considering how Sony is being targeted by North Korea, it's conceivable that NK decided to expand and target other media sites, and Crunchy Roll gives a 3-for-1: an American site that hosts South Korean dramas and Japanese anime.

(Personal side notes: I don't like K-drama or Sony as a company. Unfortunately, it's unlikely that CR will go back to more J- or C-drama, and boycotting Sony is almost impossible, whether in the movie theater or in anime (they own Animax, if you didn't know)).

Anyway, my point is to quit whining and give Crunchy Roll a break, as DDoS attacks are very difficult to protect against--and I say this as a yearly full-paid member. That said, if it is a DDoS, it would be forthcoming for them to come out and say it to us to stop the whining here.

Yeah, that would probably just cause an inconvenience for them if they get so many tickets all it once... Y'all need to chill.

This is the kind of thinking that allows them to get away with this kind of stuff. What is wrong with voicing concern when there is a legitiimate problem with a product that you have paid for?

If you are a paying member then you've most likely seen this problem in a daily basis when the loads get high. Site problems are one thing but the ongoing problem of not enough badwidth to supply 1080p, 720p or even SD quality is the real problem.

I agree with you that just whining is the problem. That is why I am suggesting that you proactivly help the support people by giving them info on your connection problems and help them to narrow down the cause of this so that it can be resolved.

Cannot speak for everyone but it seems to be improving somewhat. I hope it gets better for the others as well ...
