Yeah,I had ordered a mystery bag as well. during the time that the store is down that type of information isn't going to be able to show up. Don't worry, your order isn't canceled or anything ^_^

Can you guys please fix the problem with the store and extend the hours??? I kind of wanted to get a mystery bag but, the store was down all weekend so I could not even try. My premium ends today so I would like to buy it while my discount still applies.

This really wouldnt be an issue if they just updated us on the situation. Communication with your users is really important.

Agreed. If we could just get some sort of information from Crunchyroll, even if it's something like "We don't know what's going on, but are working to fix it" that'd be fine. I just want some sort of communication from the higher ups, as it's quite frustrating for the store to STILL be down, and no one has passed on information to the users. That's bad customer service, Crunchyroll, and can really affect future sales.

I had posted about this as well in the store help thread. I had also planned on purchasing either the book or circus or sailor moon crystal messenger bag deal and I'm really hoping all this store down time doesn't cause me to miss out of either.

Because of the long downtime with no difinitive answer why, I think it would be awesome of them to give us something free in return for keeping us all in the dark.

I have not even ordered something recently, a lot of mine where preorders and needed to be waited on, but I don't see my orders either, I know there is a reason for this and it will hopefully fix soon, but still like
