Ok So I got a trail for this and then I cancelled days later I check my credit card account and was being charged. I went to the website but there was no phone number, so I left an E-mail. Days later nothing I left another E-mail days later nothing, I left another E-mail. Any help? Who do I contact or what is going on? this is the first "company" i've ever heard that doesn't answer there emails for stuff like this, is this site a scam? seems pretty shady to me about not responding to ANY of my emails.

Have you checked your junk folder to make sure that any replies haven't been marked as spam?

You can cancel your membership yourself by going to your /acct settings and clicking the "Cancel Recurring Membership" button. If you had initially tried to cancel your membership within 24-48 hours of starting the trial, CR may have still been verifying your payment information, and there should have been an error message stating cancellation was not yet possible.

Was it the Contact Us link that you used to contact support? Did you at least get an auto-response?

I suggest checking your spam folder to see if the reply, either the autoresponse or real response, ended up there. Normally they are pretty fast at dealing with billing issues.

Also, did you sign up via the Crunchyroll website or through an iOS device? It definitely looks like whatever steps you took to cancel didn't take because you currently show up as a premium member. If you did sign up via Crunchyroll, you should see an option for cancelling at /acct/membership/ so it might be worth trying again.

Well considering the amount of active users this site is not scam. Every Anime Youtuber knows Crunchyroll. Ask the support again or try http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact They should answer you very quickly in a few days. They even answered my none premium questions in 2 days.

Yes I have checked my spam and nothing, Yes I got an auto-response for two of them but I didn't for the third email I sent not sure why but I know for a fact that I still am a member because I signed in today to check and it says I am but I can't get in contact with any from the website to tell them my issue. It's been days and nothing it's like they are not getting my emails or just ignoring them. Oh and yes I have gone to contact down below on support. Does anyone know if they have a phone number I called (415) 796-3560 found that on the internet but nobody ever picks up.

CR doesn't have a public support phone line. Even if that number connects to their offices, that doesn't mean they'll provide support over the phone.

How many days exactly? Since Friday? More than a week? Support over the weekends may be delayed, especially over the weekends, and recently due to dealing with outages or the Black Friday rush from last week.

Did you send an email to [email protected], through the /contact form, or some other method?

I would still advise you to make sure to cancel your premium membership before the next billing cycle starts, as if they are able to issue a refund, that would mean they wouldn't need to process additional chargebacks.

Ok I will wait a couple days more. Thank you, and thank you all for your help. At least I can take comfort that people are active on the site and willing to help. I will repost if I still don't get an answer is the days to come.

I too am in the same boat. They are charging me with no option to cancel. i also sent 2 help request and nothing. They can be as polite as they want with these answers but its bs we have to do all of this to cancel. Def a shady ass business tactic and im gonna look at the legal route because im not just gonna let them extract money every month until they feel like speaking to me..... CROOKS
