1) Remember my preference on page spread. Re-setting this to 1-page every chapter is pretty annoying. Storing it in localstorage is an easy fix and adds no server overhead.

2) After I change the page spread setting, the menu should close. Right now it remains open until you click the gear icon again, which is inconsistent with how pop-up menus generally work.

3) If we were in fullscreen, and switch to a new chapter, take us back to fullscreen. This is again easily solved with localstorage (This time in session space so it's not remembered if we close the tab and open a new one)

4) This one is less easily solved, but a queue implementation (or some kind of similar tracking methodology) for series I'm reading would be greatly appreciated.

This. Even something as simple as reliably posting the next release date would be nice. Heck, even reliably posting "Out today" notices would be nice.

As it currently stands, I have to go check the most current chapter of every title I'm following to see if there's a new release, and there have been a few times I've found that there's a new one I didn't know about despite checking the main manga page every day to see if there are new releases coming up (or even out that day).

Agreed. Bare minimum, I'd like to be able to favorite a manga and receive a notification when it's updated. An email about the notification might be overkill, but might be a bonus. If I were to ask for more, manga titles would have some sort of displayed time stamps... maybe a "last updated" on the main page, and then inside each manga's page each chapter would have a release date posted underneath. With the notifications, the timestamps would be a lower priority... but still a welcome one.
