I was just wondering what people actually eat on that day or maybe on the other holidays. Since Thanksgiving has turkey, do you eat it again on Christmas?

Generally roast lamb chops, potatoes and some veggies. Might have pudding after.

Tamales, pozole, menudo, are very important for a Mexican Christmas.
My family usually slaughters a hog and prepare different dishes out if it. They eat all the organs first because they're delicacies and then they go after the meat. It is a really disgusting process. Some of us though don't like pork and that's where the beef tamales come in. We pair them up with some salad and were set to go.
For desert we usually have buñuelos, which is just fried dough sprinkled with sugar.
We drink hot chocolate, atole, rompope, alcoholic beverages, and coffee.

Wigilia. Polish 12 course meal or something that is meant to be had on Christmas eve, but we do it on Christmas instead. With meat too of course.

Whatever my dad makes.

Or Mexican food if I spend it at my second home aka my best friend's house.

Slim jims and energy drinks, mostly. A family tradition for as long as I can remember.
