The name I have so far is Maroyakana Farusetto, which I like for the meaning. Does this look like a reasonable Japanese name to one who knows the language? If not, what would be a good name that's kinda similar in meaning?

How about just Yakana Farusetto.

I'm guessing youre going for falsetto with Farusetto. Just remember to write it in Katakana because it's an English word

Then it should be Mero Farusetto.

There's no "Fa as it is, so it'd have to be like Pa or Ha.

メロ ハルセト

or

メロ パルセト

Maroyakana is a bit long, and kind of "part of a sentence" sounding, so no not really.

actually for "fa" you can just use ファ, "fu"+small "a" katakana creating the Fa sound

Yeah true but you have to create the character and it's kinda complicated, and OP doesn't seem to know much Japanese. I figured it would just be easier to say Parusetto, or just not say it at all lol

メロ パルセト would basically mean mellow falsetto, right? And the name would be Mero Farusetto?

It's better like this -- メロ フ ア ル セト

Mero Farusetto would sound like Mellow Falsetto, yes.
