what I liked about crunchyroll and NetFlix is that I didn't have to wait for 30 second ads but know its all over. Its not as bad as Hulu but its pretty close. I remember trying to watch One Piece on Hulu and I quit because of all the stupid commercials every 15 minutes. It might not be a big deal to this company but If I'm paying a monthly service I should'nt have to deal with ads. that should only be for those who watch it for free. sell outs

You're not paying premium as of now. No star of any kind on your name.

Well, I'm closing this as a very personal thread. But honestly, if you're a paying member, you should get no ads. You don't appear to be a paying member, though, at least as of this moment, so perhaps that's the issue.

Looks like you've been a member (of some type) for a long time, though, so I really hope this is simply a mistake. Perhaps an error in your automatic renewal or something?

But the ads for non-premium members are not new.
