Hey,

I'm a premium member and have been for a while because that's the only way I can stream on my device, I love the anime selections and have recently started browsing the Asian Drama section and found a show I really like. I understand that with the Asian dramas I have to bare with the commercial scheme CR uses, although it's worse than Hulu's that's fine.
What I really can't stand are the periodic nag spots where it asks me to either choose to become a member or to tell it I'm already a premium member, since I'm logged in and already viewing something shouldn't that tell them this information?

Well thats obviously poorly implemented. The developers have an internal ticket system where they can prioritize what they want to fix. Thats because they only have limited resources of developers. I am pretty sure thats in their system but currently they are obviously focussing on getting the store back online. So all you can do is to wait and hope that it gets fixed one day.

By the way the hole thing is very common in software development. For example in free-to-play games like Dota 2 or Planetside 2. The managers have to decide on which feature the developers and game designer should work on.

I've moved this to Suggestions / Feedback. The reason that happens is that even though you are Premium Anime member, you aren't a Premium All Access member--which would give you commercial-free and nag-free viewing of Drama.

It is kind of inelegant that they don't instead nag with an "upgrade to all access" message though!

Ok.. thanks lorreen! I didn't realize the premium upgrade was for Asian Drama also, thought it was just the manga. I upgraded...
