I've heard of such a thing as The Church of Atheism but have never seen it. If this church does exist, then yes there reason to believe that it is an organized religion, but then again saying that there is no God is it's own way a religious belief. After all Buddhists don't believe there is a God and that is a religion as well.

No. It's a belief regarding religion, but it's not a belief that is religious in nature.
The chruch of atheism is, as far as I understand, just a gathering-place, as a substitute for the people who have fallen away from religion, but who miss the fellowship and comradery that they had in church as christians. There are no actual dogmas or practices of worship involved.

NOT BELIEVING IN GOD IS A RELIGIOUS BELIEF. Even The Cleveland show stated this as a fact. There is a CHURCH of Atheism.

Atheism is a characteristic that religions can have or lack, but atheism is not itself a religion. The question is a bit like asking whether the color red is a car because there are red cars.

I think it was a valid question as there are many points of view to consider, not just mine at present or yours, and for some it is a religion.

Whether something is a religion or not is not a matter of opinion. It's a manner of facts.

The real question is why do people feel bothered, like this one, on something that don't affect them.

"Oh, that person is atheist." "Oh, the other one is vegan." "She wants to wear size 0 pants."

Move on.

So if I make a church of anus burgers, believing in anus burgers will become a religion.

This is my personal view on athiesm vs athiesm. Simplified into real-life teminology.

Bill, Bob, Suzie and Emma decide to get an ice cream from an ice cream van, while in the queue, Bill and Suzie get a chocolate ice cream, while Emma and Bob get a strawberry ice cream.

The 4 friends start talking about which is the best flavour of ice-cream while they wait in the line, Bob claims that the best flavour of ice cream is strawberry, this is shortly followed by Suzie claiming that chocolate is the best flavour of ice cream. Bob begins to look down at Suzie, claiming that she is wrong and that Strawberry is definately the best flavour of ice cream. Suzie responds, pitying Bob and calling him a fool for believing that Strawberry is the best flavour and claiming that Chocolate is DEFINATELY the best flavour of ice cream, and that anyone who doesnt agree is just wrong. The two begin to rowl, each claiming that thier flavour of ice cream is definately the best flavour of ice cream.

Meanwhile, Bill and Emma are having a similar conversation. Emma claims that strawberry is the best flavour. Bill does not agree, claiming that chocolate ice cream is the best. Despite not agreeing, neither of them begin to look down upon eachother, and instead recognize that there is no way to truely "prove" which is the best flavour, and that it is all a matter of what each individual believes. While Suzie and Bob argue, the other two wait patiently in the line. Bill still believes Chocolate is best, and Emma still believes that strawberry is best, however, both realize they could potentially be wrong, and rather than arguing thier point to the other, they should just accept it, rather than trying to change the other one's opinion. The four purchase thier ice-creams, and back down the road back home. As they crossed the road, the four collectively was hit by a bus.

Moral of the story: Always wait for the green man before crossing

The sad answer is yes on some level it will be a religion. Just like the UFO hiding in the comet's tail come to take us home.

No, but there are people who treat it like one.

not collecting stamps is a hobby RIGHT?
not playing golf is a sport RIGHT?
not believing in a god is a religion RIGHT?

Their is atheist that are religious, but its not their atheistic background that makes them a religion, its their belief system.. Such as a believer of being reborn after death would make them religious in that aspect. But its nothing to do with their Lack of beliefs.

Atheism is not a religion, although it is a religious belief. The believe of a God(s) or lack thereof is a statement of belief. I believe in God, but I cannot tell you with certainty a God exists. The same can be said about the opposite. An atheist can BELIEVE there is no God, but the atheist also has no proof there is a lack of a God. The agnostics are the only ones that can really say they have no real religious believe because they say they just don't know either way.
