So. For those of us, further up past the equator, it is getting pretty cool out...

What temperature do you keep your thermostat at during the colder months? If it isn't quite where you want it to be, what temperature would you ideally keep your thermostat at?

I really do not do well with the cold at all.. And I have taken somewhat of a disliking to it within the last year or so. Typically, so far, we usually keep the thermostat around 70 when everyone is awake.. Sometimes I turn it up to 71-72 if I am going to take a shower.. Believe it or not, I am actually keeping it somewhat cooler than I did last year lmao..

I don't have a thermostat. If it's 4 degrees out, that means it's close to 4 degrees inside too.

I've grown accustomed to the brutal winters honestly. I have over two decades experience with it.

60 in the winter, 80 in the summer. To offset showering, I'll use a small ceramic heater or small fan in the room, depending upon the season.

I leave mine off. Even in the middle of winter.

If it's cold I just bundle up.

65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, adjusting for the outside temperatures, and my woodburner. I don't have air conditioning; the thermostat controls radiators. I keep my main floor warm for my dogs, because greyhounds have little natural protection against cold temperatures. The woodburner in my livingroom provides most of the heat on the first floor, and I only use the thermostat as a supplement. For the rest of the house, the radiators are slightly running, I close my thick window curtains, use jackets/blankets, and have electric sheets.

Somewhere in the low 60's during the day, 68-70's at night. Light blanket on the bed, couple heavier ones lying around just in case!
54 out right now, just looked at Japan and it's 59 presently, but almost noon there as I look.
I'm just hoping that we actually have a cooler Christmas, 80 last year was seriously not fun.
