What is the rudest customer service or website support you've seen recently? Mine would have to be http://forum.scrap.tf/index.php?/topic/791-cant-raffle-off-steam-items/ (user name is Waifu Sinon)

Never has happened to me. I make it a point to be as nice and friendly as I can, and I've never had a bad experience with those kinds of people.

I try being friendly usually, but they blew off two people and then gave me some crap that I had already said I'd checked.

Customer service i tend to find there is a certain way of dealing with it. Like my Mother i always tell her off because whenever there is an issue and she rings somebody up or returns things to the store she always sees it as her moment to blow off steam by yelling and being a jackass. The person on the other end is a real person trying to earn a living and some things they just can't do much about at that very second. I've found that being overly polite and acting like they are really helping me gets more done in my favor than being pushy and aggressive.

Every situation can usually be resolved through careful diplomacy XD.

Try dealing with Red5 customer service, they're terrible and they only have 1 struggling game so it makes no sense for them to be dicks.

That and google customer service... because it doesn't exist.

I pray before calling there...some of them can be so rude and impatient, when a nice lady/man takes my call I literally cry of joy "thank you God, thank you everyone...a nice person finally! "

The only customer support that have been shitty to me is Telenor (a phone carrier in Sweden)

You can always take mod issues to customer support staff or vote with your wallet not give the site money.

Some marketing site that called me without my consent wanted me to buy there product for only X.XX amount of money and needed all my address and info. I told the guy not interested. He went onward like my words didn't mean no.
He continues by, "This is a limited time only. All the product details and guidelines for this offer is ...." as he states I hang up I'm too busy trying to cook.
Rude IMO.

Wow if you make money like that your job must be tedious.

I am customer services/debt collector/telemarketers worst nightmare. I have PTSD so I will let you image just how ugly I can be with some random person. My personal favorite thing to do is sing to telemarketers or debt collectors (I'm basically tone deaf).

Frontier Communications customer support you can literally tell they are reading from a script and yet Frontier insists they are trained "professionals".

They may be trained for like a week, but they are far from professional. The Frontier help desk from facebook is more helpful than the 1-800 at least I feel like they know what they are talking about.

That sucks to hear, I'm stuck with Comcast and their service sucks. The customer service is alright their usually not rude over the phone, they just never actually fix my problems. I actually had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. One guy actually told my mom, when she went to the xfinity store, that she should sign up for Frontier like everyone else if we didn't like the service. Unfortunately Frontier is the only other option we have and it sucks that their no good either.
