Hello,

I am a premium member and I have playback problems. I have a high speed fibre connection;

this is more than adequate for 1080p streaming on my PC.

My PC spec is I7 2600k, 12gb of RAM, Radeon HD 6950 with 2gb of RAM. windows 7 enterprise 64 bit edition. Hard drive is a samsung evo 250gb, with 105gb free on it.

I have tested the stream using the most up to date versions of opera, Chrome and IE. All cache has been cleared and flash has been reinstalled to the latest version.

I have gone through your advice on flash for chrome also.

now that you have the info, here is the problem. Whilst streaming, it will all of a sudden stop at a random point. No pattern in amount of time played. All network traffic, CPU usage will completely bottom out. The machine works fine, intenet connection is still up (browsing on PC) nothing else is running in the backgrond to drain resources. This is becoming extremely annoying for me and to the point where I am considering cancelling my subscription as I am not able to watch even 1 full episode without it crashing.

This also happens at 720p and 480p but I have not tried it lower than that.

Any advice you can give or any questions, I'm all ears.

We all get the issues its mostly CR's server side of course they won't admit it. Plus it gets worse during the peak times for US which clearly wouldn't effect brits.

Well that's a bit of a crappy ethos.

If that's the case. Guess I will cancel!
