I went to pay again since my other $7 was taken, but nothing loads when I choose a plan other than the thanks message. How to fix?

Same problem for me for over a week now and they haven't responded. Can't watch anything new and it sucks.

I reported my own comment to moderators in HOPES to get some help lol

Unfortunately, the site mods can't do anything in these kinds of situations. We're site mods.. we handle forum problems, people posting naughty pictures, that kind of thing, which is what reporting is for. We aren't customer support staff, like you'll get by using the Contact Us link - which I'd definitely recommend! They can see and fix payment issues.

I'm sorry the mods can't help, I wish we could. I know there have been many store issues lately, and this may be related, but that's all I can guess.

I contacted them already.Been waiting about a week or so. Hopefully they can get to it before the weekend. Thanks though.
