Have you tried other episodes? I can't find anything that will play.

Nothing will play through the app on my iPad Air, either. It suddenly stopped playing in the middle of an anime episode. Turned off/on iPad and reloaded, but still no go.

Panasonic DMP-BDT230 (Viera Connect)
Ethernet Hookup

Kindle Fire HD 7" (Android)
WiFi

LG Optimus Dynamic II (Android)
WiFi

Episodes won't play using the apps but they play fine on the PC. I use my Apps to watch stuff because other people need to use the PC.

The main one I'm trying to watch is One Piece., but I've also tried Dragon Collection. I just get the loading circle which never loads the episode.

Everything works fine on the computer. The App on the Panasonic Blue Ray player worked pretty well last night except the Episodes were getting very choppy. When episodes get choppy on the apps, it always seems to be late at night so I tend to just shut down and head to bed and everything's alright again in the morning. Except for today, nothing will play on any of the apps.

I hope this little information helps

Edit:

After seeing normyk's post below this one, I guess I should state I also have Time Warner Internet.

I've tried the following Anime:

One Piece (Wouldn't Load)
Natsume Yujin-cho (Loaded and played fine)
Dragon Collection (Wouldn't Load)
Hell Girl (Wouldn't Load)
Haikyuu!! (Loaded and played fine)
Is the Order A Rabbit (Wouldn't Load)
Folk Tales from Japan (Loaded and played fine)
I Don't Understand What My Husband is Talking About (Wouldn't Load)

Like i said earlier, they work fine on the website/PC.

I'm about to log a ticket for what sounds like it may be the same issue. After some searching around I discovered that I could get some specific videos to play back no problem while others would not. Its like large pieces of the catalog are inaccessible through devices (in my case PS3, iPad 3, and Amazon Fire TV Stick) on Time Warner internet.

The website flash streams and the device streams are served from two different content delivery networks, so it appears as if there are either network problems between you and the local CDN server for the device streams, or less likely, an issue at the server itself.

Issues with the server are more likely to be encountered if the server doesn't have a local copy of the video you want to play, and has to go further up the chain for the stream.

I confirmed that episodes will also not play on my Samsung Smart TV. I opened a thread in that forum, as well. It was really strange how it was playing just fine and then halfway through Episode 391 – Madara Uchiha Rises, it just stopped, and kept attempting to buffer and reaquire on the iPad Air. I'm in Orlando, FL on a Bright House network, if that helps.

Is this normal for this site? I just got the free premium trail membership and half the time videos will not play. No response from support tickets either.

I can't play anything since last night. Not on my smart tv, not on my PS4. Only place it will work right now is my laptop. What the hell?

I'm also in Florida on Bright House.

I'm experiencing the same problem on my LG G2 and my tablet. Both use the Android OS, and neither will play videos via wi-fi (Time Warner Cable). The videos WILL play through my Roku however, which also plays through my TWC wi-fi, and it's of note that videos will not play on my cellphone through the T-mobile network either, so I'm confident that it isn't a Time Warner issue.

It isn't normal, no. I've been a member for quite a while, and generally have no issues with playback, unless they're issues related to my own slow internet connection. I wouldn't take this as an example of typical Crunchyroll operation at all. Hopefully they'll get the issue hammered out soon.

It is not the network at least not the issue I have. It seems to be a streaming server issue. I have tried on different ISP. Including my cellphone network and I get the same error that my 2 devices will not play any anime
