I'm curious that why do crunchyroll forum don't have a delete option?
when someone post and didn't know that the post they are posting already exist.

Because it's the job of a mod to remove incorrect threads.

I've moved this over to Site Support / Minor Questions.

For regular forum posts you can delete them within about an hour or so after creating them. However if you start a thread you can't delete the post that started it--it would be really awkward to have a thread sitting out there from which the opening post that would normally give some context for the thread, had disappeared. (Though to be honest you can create a similar effect by just editing the post--but at least in that case we can all see who did ti.)

I don't know the exact rationale for the 1-hour limit on regular posts, but in general it's probably at least partly to avoid situations where folks might frequently create and delete to cause trouble and confusion.
