The other night, while on my iPad Air, the most recent episode of Naruto Shippuden stopped playing about halfway through the episode, and no longer would come up. No other anime episodes would play, either. I noticed other posts about issues on other platforms, and that the web browser playback still worked, so I did some verifying:

Anime episodes will play online from a PC browser. They will NOT play on the iOS device app and they will also not play on the Samsung TV Smart HUB app.


I understand that there's a lot of maintenance and updating going on, but please, do not leave us hanging: Inform us of what we should do, if we should wait before logging any more issues, etc. due to app downtime or something of that ilk.
