I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place if so I apologize please feel free to direct me the correct way. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I can't seem to get any video to play on my smart tv app or my ps3 app I got it to work for a short time on my ROku box but that's all. I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if they found out how to fix it. I uninstalled and deactivated and added it back so far are the methods I tried. please help

Sadly quite a few people are having this problem. The only place they seem to work is watching them off the Computer.

I have a BlueRay Player with Viera Connect, and 2 different Android Devices and they just sit on the loading screen. Very few anime play. like 3/9 shows that I tried played.

It's best that you send in a support ticket for this.

None of my devices are playing crunchy roll videos. The problem has gone on for several hours now. Is this a general problem at only with android devices or what??? VERY frustrating, particularly as I'm paying for this service...

Yep, same issue here. Plays on my Roku, won't play on my cell or tablet. Glad to hear it's not a personal issue with my devices, as I'm confident any mass issues will be adressed ASAP. A bit inconveniencing to be sure, but considering the service that's being provided I think that the amount of issues I've had with my C-roll subscription have been relatively few. I sent a support ticket in, waiting for a response now. You might want to do the same.

Problem started yesterday for me on my android tablet. Woke up this morning and was allowed to watch the new episode of BONJOUR♪Sweet Love Patisserie but then I couldn't watch Log Horizon, so that's just cruel. Already sent in ticket.

Would be nice if they at least would pony up to a problem. Nothing works for me on a tablet, iPad, iPhone 4, or s4.

I'm having the same problem, the computer works but the apps don't. A few shows will play for me, about 5% of my queue. Here's what's weird though, if I turn off my phone's Wi-Fi the videos will play on it (not that I want to do that, would be too easy to use too much data).

Having similar issues on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. Most videos among the simulcast titles are not loading and seems just as many of non simulcast videos are also unavailable.

Same issues PS3, PS4, Xbox One, and LGG3. All fail to load any videos.

This seems seems to be a pretty wide spread issue now seeing as it spans 4 threads atleast and at least 15-20 different people, and for myself too on PS3 and Android app ,only the normal online site seems to work atm.

We all need to send Crunchyroll a message and make sure there on top of whats going on.

It wouldn't hurt to put up a forum or thread for known issues so they can communicate that they know there is a problem, that they're working on it, and an approximate timetable for fixes if possible.

How do we report this, if everyone sent a ticket with the same issue they have to say something. I sent a ticket in yesterday and got no reply what so ever yet.
