Unfortunately I noticed the problem and sent the ticket Friday afternoon. The automated response says they'd do their best to reply within 2 business days meaning we probably can't expect anything over the weekend. And that's fine, people get days off. But you can't tell me that there's not one person with the ability to make an official statement online all weekend. This is more than a couple series down or the app for one device broken. This is a pretty major outage.

I have limited time to sit and watch anime... I usually devote a couple days to catching up a few days worth of new episodes. And I get very little computer time. Most of anime watching is via android... sometimes roku. So even though PC streaming is still working, this might as well be a complete outage for me, which wouldn't be a big deal except I pay for my premium.

Thank you Shinryou for responding to us and letting us know that you've told the ones who need to know.

I was getting pretty disappointed in the lack of response from staff. An official thread by a staff member for users to put in their own info of what's wrong and show that the staff is paying attention would also be a wonderful idea. Mainly because this problem seems to be on Most if not All the Apps for devices, and so the reports are all scattered around in the different device forums. Scattered information is never really a good thing.

It seems that Time Warner's DNS service is faulty, which results in Time Warner customers not being able to resolve the IPs of our services properly.

Switching to a public DNS service, such as Google's, should work as a fix.

So, I do have time Warner and I tried the fix but no luck. This is incredibly annoying as the soompi TV app has the same issue. Hoping for a fix of some kind soon!

We sadly cannot do anything about it, as it's neither caused by us, nor do we have any influence on it.
The solution we have is changing the DNS server manually, as described above, or waiting until TWC's DNS service updates, fixing itself.

Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy3, my Samsung galaxy3 tablet, or my Samsung smart tv. Will work on computer. It seemed to play on my phone last night at work. I am wondering if this is because it was an open WiFi.

Wow, I have been unable to play video for like 2 weeks now on my kindle thinking it was a kindle issue. Based on the DNS issues mentioned here, I changed the DNS on my router to point to Google, and restarted my kindle to flush the DNS. Now it works. My provider is Bright house networks.

I having the same issues. Videos will not play on either of my ps3's or my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 app. This has been going on for a week with no resolution. I have uninstalled the app on all of my devices, and them reinstalled, no no avail. This is getting old really fast.
