Dear All,

I'm new here and I the anime I watch changes the subtitle from itself. Some episodes are in german and some are in french subtitled. I watch 3 or 4 episode tonight without stopping and there it changes automatically after an episode. Is that normal? I don't have the possibility to change the subtitle myself...

thanks in advance for your help.

Are you watching through one of our apps? Which episodes are affected in particular? Does the issue still persist?

I was using the app on xbox one. And there it was on episode 7 that was in Spanish and episode 6 was in German or French (anime: Madan no to Vanadis). I tried to change the language preference on the website itself via the video preferences but this does not work. (Even after restarting the app on xbox one)

But now I am watching via the app from tv itself and the language is correspond to the video setting that.

PS: just tested again on the xbox. Episode 7 is still in Spanish although with the TV app and the same episode it is in French

It could be a problem with the encode, as the episode should have Spanish, French, and German subtitles, according to the RSS info.

I would suggest /contacting support and reporting the issue, so one of the customer support personnel, like shinryou or Bjaker can possibly manually re-encode the episode if necessary.
