Hello, I'd like to cancel my subscription and the monthly charge to my credit card. The introductory email said I could do this via the settings menu however I do not see how to do it there.
Would you please help me with this.
Thanks!

When I went to that url it says I'm a member and the only option it gives me is to upgrade my account. It does not advise me how to stop the monthly fee from being taken from my bank account.

Hi there,

What kind of subscription are you talking about exactly? Because by the looks of it you do not have a Premium account with Crunchyroll.
So you shouldn't be paying for anything either.

Hey cscurry,

I'm an employee. I just sent you a private message to assist you regarding your billing inquiry.

Can you please write back to me from there instead of writing in this thread? We don't handle billing inquiries in public forums since we would need personal information to locate your membership.

Thanks!
