today when I started out the app, I started to stream the latest episode of log horizon and sword art online when suddenly it give me the error in the attached file. I uninstall the app reinstall the app I also logged out and logged back in. nothing seems to work. Apparently all of a sudden none of the videos want to play back. I just get the error in the screenshot I'm attaching to this post.

also I rebooted my home network. My router. My modem as well

Is your ISP Time Warner, by any chance?

I am having the same issue with my Galaxy note. I also performed all the steps including reinstall and still recieve the same message.

As has been stated elsewhere, Bright House uses TWC's infrastructure, at least in many places. So the solution TheAncientOne linked to may resolve the issue for you.

Making those changes did nothing. Thanks for the attempt but it doesn't appear to be a dns issue. I can use it just fine on my tablets and wife's iPhone on top of desktop.

All of those above devices are on the same network btw
