ongoing for the most part

i did binge watch hunter x hunter, would wait a few weeks or months and then catch up. but i'd read the manga so i didn't feel an immediate need to watch the anime so that helped lol

I appreciate a good binge watch. But if I start an anime and it captures my attention I'll keep watching it as it releases new episodes. I have tons of anime that I watch new episodes of every week along with some binges.

I prefer to watch them when their ongoing. I find that if i watch too many episodes of the same series in a row, then im more likely to get bored of it.

Its nice having a week between episodes, absence makes the heart grow fonder

I like ongoing anime. I almost never really binge watch anything. Even with finished anime; I watch max 1-2 episodes a day.

Why not both? The way i work it is that i have a selection of shows i watch as they come out and if there is no new episodes i have a completed series in reserve i watch a few episodes of. It's a nice balance. But occasionally i find something too good to only watch a little of at a time. Most recently it was when i discovered Steins;Gate was on Netflix so i marathon'ed it for the 3rd time

I like picking a lot of ongoing shows that I can watch, and then I pick at least one show to watch that has already been completed.

Recently I've binged on Log Horizon to get caught up, all of Eureka Seven, and the first season of No Game No Life. I'm currently watching Mobile Suit Gundam (0079) in 5-6 episode chunks, and its excellent. Binged Sidonia back in the summer.

I know its not anime, but I also binged all of Avatar and all of Korra. Binged Bojack Horseman as well.

I actually have a goal to watch everything Gundam by the end of this year.

Yeah actually. If it's a 13 episode one then I get hit with feels. I never binge on anime that are longer than that.
