I need a refund. I didn't delete reoccurring account yet I still got billed for it. No one is answering my questions after I keep contacting. I got charged on the 14th and cancelled it on the 14th. How long does it take for them to respond?

As you terminated your membership you are in the non-premium queue. In the worst case you will have to wait a handful of days, as ticket load is currently increased due to a major ISP in the US having connectivity issues to Crunchyroll's servers.
But don't worry, all tickets will eventually be answered. Please do not send in any duplicate tickets. Thanks.
