They're fun to read once in a while. Whether you want to believe it is truly up to you but I try not to believe it.

The fortune cookie does taste awful.

Do you believe them?
Nope. When I was a kid I hoped they were true.

Do you look forward to opening one up?
Oh yeah, every time I get one.

Do you keep your fortunes?
Never. I don't see a reason to.

Do you play the numbers on the lottery?
Nope. Don't play the lottery at all.

What do you think about them in general?
I think they're a fun thing to look forward to at
the end your meal. I also think they taste great!

Of course not.

I'll be damned if I start believing what some 5 yearsold somewhere in China wrote about my future.

Its alot like those magic eight balls with a triangular object suspended in liquid inside. Shake it up and it tells you something "random" , (except with fortune cookies its a lot more random as there are only so many sides in the eight balls. .)
As for the taste? Like a vanilla wafer, wasn't it? Its been awhile, though. :(
the sauce.. ugh..

You don't eat fortune cookies with any sort of sauce!

Somehow they simply disappeared over the years. God only knows where. O.o

You gave them to my mom, didn't you?

I'm just going to side step that awkward comment...

There's no really good answer since they were stored in my bedroom, and meant as a gag gift for a male friend...>.>

I hope that they tasted good...

random stuff time:

Kinda want to try these O.o

I love the taste of them but don't care about the fortune. I think it's a pretty neat little concept and love the backstory behind the cookies and why exactly the fortunes were inserted into them but I don't believe a fortune will actually predict what can happen. Some slip of paper in a cookie isn't going to tell my fate because I don't have one... and if I do I'd rather continue thinking I didn't have such a thing; living an illusion of freewill.

So, since I don't believe in fate, I don't really believe in the fortunes embedded within those delicious treats -- both in terms of a lesser and major extent. Although I do always read them; just out of curiosity as to what they say.

Do you believe them?
No because all fortune cookies say the most generic things.. I don't even believe in the "lucky" numbers, either.

Do you look forward to opening one up?
Eh.

Do you keep your fortunes?
I throw them out after reading them.

Do you play the numbers on the lottery?
I have before using the numbers from it but it didn't work obviously..

What do you think about them in general?
The cookie itself tastes fine. The fortune, however, is pretty generic and repetitive.
