Okay I've been trying to find cheap manga in my area but everything is the same price, most manga books such as Naruto, bleach, fairy tail are all around 9..99 or 10.99 and that's not even tax included yet. If anybody knows a store that sells manga at cheaper price let me know. Thanks you!

Generally you can find them at cons for discount prices, (of course the cost of getting in outweighs that alone) but what I have always preferred is to find sets from privately owned book stores online (generally used) and buy in bulk to make up the cost of shipping.

Craigslist and holidays aren't bad either.

ebay is your friend.

I've been buying manga from ebay for over 2 years now, and I've never felt ripped off... If anything, I feel like I ripped them off. The best deal I've gotten was 37 novels for $27... Now, that's a steal! I only got it because I wanted like 12 of the volumes in the lot, but why not.. Still a good deal. I once bought some volumes from Booksamillion.com, for like $7 each, but then the shipping was $5 each.. So I felt robbed.. They didn't even combine the shipping price.. I haven't bought from there since. You can also buy from Amazon, but I like ebay better because you can contact the seller directly more easily, and request more information or images.
Bidding on items is what usually gets you the best deals, but sometimes you can find some that are "Buy Now". But bidding is definitely the cheaper option, at times.

Most imported manga are that much..... in fact, count yourself lucky for finding a $9.99 manga.

I'm not complaining too much about price tho, you get what you can get
