Just noticed in my order history that I have been double charged since August and triple charged since October! What is on the go with this. I might like this app but it's not worth $20-$30+ a month!

Well I hope so. I am hopping it's just a failed payment received error cause I just called visa and unless it's still not gone through its still not showing up. But you can bet I'll be checking every day now. I am none to happy seeing this.

At first glance, it seems to be related to you subscribing to us through iTunes. We're actually not handling the billing of that on our end.

Please take this issue to customer support through our /contact form, so we can give you directions to sort this out.

I'm also getting this message also. So it's triple charge, and I had to watch a commercial which I am pretty sure means my membership is f'ed up

And I also noticed with other people they have premium member above there Name. How come if I'm paying for this three times I don't have this LOL

Edit, actually I am all access, so it think that's different them premium if I remember correctly. But still doesn't explain why I am having probables logging onto the app

You're an all-access premium member. There is nothing wrong with your status. You might not be properly logged in into the app.

However, it seems that you have created more than one subscription at the same time through iTunes. You'll probably have to take your issue to the iTunes support eventually, as we don't have access to the iTunes billing system from our end. But please first /contact our customer support directly for further directions, as we prefer not to handle any billing issues on the public forums.

(While I'm also a customer support representative, I'm only in charge of German customers and not accustomed to the processes regarding iTunes, so I cannot help you directly.)

That's odd because iTunes will not allow you to be double charged and will send you a message saying that you already have a membership so I dought that's it. I know it will be solved soon when I cancel my membership

And I did check my iTunes and I only have one subscription with you guys

And Ya I sent a messages into you guys on both problems so I hope it won't take to long. But there is like also a section where there is 6 pre-paid months so I'm guessing it was a hiccup and I ended up paying for it.

The question I should probably ask because it seems to line up when I got my TV. Am I being charged separately for each of these devices?

I hope that's not the case because I should be able to each it on multiple platforms

No, there are no separate charges for each device.
But there is certainly something wrong with your subscription through iTunes that needs to be looked into.

Ya maybe so, but the only part I can see that's wrong is what is displayed on this site. Everything on iTunes seems fine. I will have to contact visa again to make sure there's not multiple charges.

I can't display this picture because it contains credit cardInformation. But I did check all my credit card statements. I received a charge of $13 a month (which is the price after taxes or conversion whatever it is). And no other charges. So I'm not sure what your site is seeing and it's probably why I am having difficulty logging onto the app..... I would still like an explanation on all those false charges so hopefully I will hear back from someone, but at the very least I'm not being charged extra
