I don't even know where to start. Ill start by saying you guys are "normally" good with Customer Service. As of lately. Nien. I Understand your store site got knocked down. I understand It's near the Holidays and it's getting busier. But there are things that i can't let pass. Like for instance, my order # 997135849955 has an order for 2 Nendoroid Satsuki Kiryuin that was release back in October. Pre-Ordered on July 16, 2014.

2nd, I received a questionable product that looked like it was tampered with. # 959838741749 a Frau Koujiro 1/8 Scale figure. Sent a ticket for it. Not bad on response time. 3 days for initial contact and a follow up answer to the next question the next day. This is what i got back, "Sometimes packaging can get a bit battered from shipping, was the content inside okay? If not, send us a picture and we can take a look." I Sent pictures on the 10th of this month. Still waiting for an answer back. So... Now i'm still waiting. The only reason i didn't send a support ticket for the Satsuki Kiryuin was that i just recently found out while just waiting for a response back. I don't like the idea of sending multiple tickets when there's already an issue to be tackled on first. So i came to this forum for some answers. Help? This is very disheartening

I know how you feel. It seems like every online store is having huge back ups this year. Have you received a reply yet? I'm not sure if you should send a follow up e-mail for the scaled figure pictures yet since Crunchyroll might just be backed up with e-mails. Did you get a shipping notice for your Satsuki nendo?

Hiya!

I can't really answer for the Frau figure, but that's not good. If I hear anything on my side about that I'll be sure to let you know.

Now, I can definitely answer about the Satsuki Nendoroid. Good Smile Company is known for huge delays (like the Link Nendo was delayed 2-3 months and the Sakura Nendo was delayed 2 months). We finally received our shipment of that figure in our warehouse and in the process of getting them out. We had to do an inventory count last week so we had to stop shipments for a bit, but the figure should be heading out soon.

We were hit pretty hard with huge shipments of figures coming in plus the holiday crowd. I do apologize for this delay. :/ I've been waiting on my preorders to ship too. I did see the Satsuki Nendoroids when I visited the warehouse last week, so it is getting prepared for shipment sometime soon.
